Our Pioneering Approach

At NovaStone, we are redefining the building envelope by seamlessly fusing advanced material science with environmental utility. MINERALSKIN™ utilizes a premium, cement-based engineered stone matrix structurally optimized to surpass the structural limitations of natural granite. To achieve permanent, self-cleaning longevity, titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles are chemically engineered directly into this matrix rather than applied as a surface coating. By forming direct covalent bonds with the stone's silicate structure at a precise, perpendicular surface orientation, the photocatalyst remains permanently anchored against weathering. This advanced molecular alignment maximizes UV light exposure, actively breaking down atmospheric pollutants while utilizing rainwater to effortlessly wash away organic grime, delivering a facade that stays flawless for the lifespan of the building.
